This website uses the online analytics service of Google Inc.: Google Analytics. This service makes it possible for us to analyze the operation and usage of our website. Information gained by Google Analytics is usually forwarded to Google’s servers in the USA and stored there. In the name of the website operator, Google uses the collected data to rate and rank the website and create reports about the activities on the site. It also uses the data to provide services to the website operator based on other site activities and internet usage data. Data managed by Google Analytics and Google (such as IP addresses) aren’t combined with other Google data.

Rights of users to command the usage and deletion of their data

Every visitor, client and partner can request information and notification about how their data is used. If a person requests, the data controller must provide written information and notification about data management policies in 15 days for free. These data management policies include the managed data, the purpose of data management, the legal basis of data management, the duration of data management, the name, address and responsibilities of the data controller or manager, and about who and for what purpose receives the data. This information can be requested at the data controller’s postal address.

Users can object against the usage of their data or request their data to be corrected, deleted, highlighted or frozen at the data controller’s postal address.

If the personal data does not correspond to reality and the data controller is in possession of the correct personal data, the controller will rectify the problem without unnecessary delay.

The data controller will delete the person’s personal data without unnecessary delay if the data management is unlawful based on the „Infotv. 14. § c” decree (except for compulsory data management), or if the purpose of the data management has ceased, or if the lawful duration of the data management is over. The court or the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (National Data Protection and Information Freedom Authority) can order the driving school to cease data management as well, and if the data management is incomplete or incorrect and it can not be rectified lawfully, the data management will also cease, provided that a law does not rule out the deletion of data.

The data controller will also delete the data if they are no longer required for a specific purpose or if the person withdraws their consent to data management and there is no other legal basis for the data management, or the person objects against management of their data.

The data controller can freeze a person’s personal data if requested or if based on available information, the deletion would harm the person’s interests. The frozen personal information can only be managed as long as the purpose of data managament exists which prevents the deletion of the personal data.

The data controller highlights and shows the managed data when the person questions its accuracy or approppriacy but the inaccuracy or inapproppriacy of the data in question can not be surely determined.

In the case of data being corrected, frozen or deleted, all parties involved must be notified. This means the person whose data has been modified and any third parties who received the person’s data. This notification can be omitted if it does not violate the rights and interests of the person with regards to the purpose of the data management.

If the data controller does not comply with the person’s request to correct, freeze or delete their personal data, then within 15 days of receiving the request, the data controller will notify the person of the legal and practical reason for the refusal of data modification in writing or, if the person has consented, in electronic form. If the data controller refuses to freeze, correct or delete the person’s personal data, the data controller will inform the person about the options of turning to court or the approppriate authorities.

The data controller maintains the right to change its data protection statement and policies. This usually happens when the range of services expands or if the law makes it compulsory. Change of the data management can not mean deviating from the purpose of the management of personal data. The data controller informs all parties about any changes 15 days prior to the change.
